How does the dependency analysis work?
You manually enter your key dependencies (vendors, SaaS tools, or libraries) into the platform. We then cross-reference these with our risk databases and use AI to assess the specific operational context for your organization, providing tailored mitigation strategies.
Is my code safe?
Yes. We never scan, upload, or access your source code or project files. Because you manually provide the list of dependencies you wish to analyze, your proprietary codebase remains entirely in your control and is never shared with us.
Is Riskfend GDPR and UK GDPR compliant?
Yes. We are fully compliant with GDPR and UK GDPR standards. We offer a comprehensive Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and strictly adhere to the transparency requirements of Article 13 and 14.
How can I delete my account or export my data?
To protect user security, we handle data deletion and portability requests manually. To permanently delete your account or request a machine-readable export of your technical data, please email support@riskfend.com. We fulfill all verified requests within 30 days.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of AI-powered risk mitigation credits. On the 1st of every month, your credits automatically reset to your plan's maximum. Credits do not currently roll over unless specified in a custom Enterprise agreement.
Will I be notified before my subscription renews?
Yes. For Pro and Team plans, our payment provider (Stripe) will automatically send a renewal reminder to your registered email address 7 days before your billing cycle ends.
What happens if I exceed my AI credit limit?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI-powered risk mitigation credits (20 for Pro, 100 for Team). If you reach your limit, you can continue to use the base deterministic scanner, but AI-powered guidance will be paused until your next monthly reset or until you upgrade to a higher tier.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
